摘　　要：将BIM技术融入建筑工程概预算课程,对于培养建筑工程人才具有重要作用。建筑工程概预算课程存在的问题主要表现在教学内容、课时设置等安排不合理,学生只能被动接受新知识,缺乏时间结合工程图纸巩固所学知识。提出了建筑工程概预算课程教学改革措施,即整合教学内容,教学方法要与时俱进,结合BIM技术进行创新性教学,进而使教学实践更加生动,提升建筑工程概预算课程的教学效果,实现对职业岗位知识与技能方面的训练要求,使人才培养更符合时代需求。It is very important to integrate BIM technology into the course of construction engineering budget for training construction engineering talents. The problems in the course of construction engineering budget mainly lie in the unreasonable arrangement of teaching contents and class hours. Students can only passively accept new knowledge, and lack of time to consolidate the knowledge combined with engineering drawings. It puts forward the teaching reform measures of the construction engineering budget course, that is, integrating the teaching content, teaching methods should keep pace with the times, combining with BIM technology to carry out innovative teaching, so as to make the teaching practice more vivid, improve the teaching effect of the construction engineering budget course, realize the training requirements of professional post knowledge and skills, and make the personnel training more in line with the needs of the times.
