摘　　要：目的对22批咳特灵片(胶囊)总黄酮含量和抗氧化活性进行研究,探讨咳特灵片(胶囊)总黄酮体外抗氧化活性。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在510 nm对22(包括1批次过期品)批咳特灵片(胶囊)进行总黄酮含量测定;并以维生素C作为对比,以DPPH自由基清除能力、ABTS自由基清除能力、Fe3+还原能力作为指标,对咳特灵片(胶囊)进行体外抗氧化活性的测定。结果21批有效期内咳特灵片剂和胶囊的平均总黄酮含量、DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基清除率和Fe3+还原能力分别为12.57%、10.13%、77.44%、83.27%、54.51%、49.93%、0.15、0.13,均有清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基作用及对Fe3+的还原能力。结论咳特灵片(胶囊)在一定浓度范围内具有较强的抗氧化活性。Objective To investigate the in vitro antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Keteling Tablets(Capsules) by a study on total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of 22 batches of Keteling Tablets(Capsules).Methods Taking rutin as the reference substance,the total flavonoid content of 22 batches(including 1 batch of expired products)of Keteling Tablets(Capsules)was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 510 nm.Vitamin C was used as a comparison,DPPH free radical scavenging ability,ABTS free radical scavenging ability,and Fe3+reducing ability were taken as indicators to determine the in vitro antioxidant activity of Keteling Tablets(Capsules).Results The average total flavonoid content,DPPH free radical scavenging rate,ABTS free radical scavenging rate and Fe3+reducing ability of the 21 batches of Keteling Tablets and Capsules within the expiration date were 12.57%,10.13%,77.44%,83.27%,54.51%,49.93%,0.15,and 0.13,respectively,all showing ability of scavenging DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals and the ability to reduce Fe3+.Conclusion Keteling Tablets(Capsules)have strong antioxidant activity in a certain concentration range.
