摘　　要：目的探讨Suresight视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童屈光状态检查中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月15日~2018年7月19日宜春市妇幼保健院收诊的220例学龄前儿童作为研究对象,采用完全随机法将其分为观察组(110例,220眼)与对照组(110例,220眼)。观察组学龄前儿童采用Suresight视力筛查仪进行检查,对照组学龄前儿童应用阿托品散瞳验光。比较两组学龄前儿童的异常总筛查率与家长总满意率。结果检查结束,观察组的异常总筛查率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的家长总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Suresight视力筛查仪可有效提高学龄前儿童的检测水平,改善其家长满意度,值得推广使用.Objective To explore the effect of Suresight visual acuity screening instrument in refractive state examination of preschool children.Methods A total of 220 preschool children admitted to Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 15,2016 to July 19,2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by completely random method,110 cases(200 eyes)in each group.The preschool children in the observation group were examined with Suresight visual acuity screening instrument.The preschool children in the control group were treated with Atropine mydriatic optometry.The total abnormal screening rate and the total satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups.Results After the examination,the total abnormal screening rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Suresight visual acuity screening instrument can effectively improve the detection level of preschool children and their parents’satisfaction.It is worth popularizing.
