摘　　要：在国家医疗卫生体制改革的新形势下,医院要确保整体实力和竞争力,加强医院内涵建设成为各级医院发展建设的必经之路。国家卫健委在全国开展"三好一满意"活动以来,锦州市中心医院以此为契机,顺应形势、统筹兼顾,在医院建设的谋划、运行和管理中充分落实"三好一满意"活动精神,加强内涵建设,为提升医院软实力探索出一条行之有效的途径。Under the new situation of national medical and health system reform,hospitals must ensure their overall strength and competitiveness,and strengthen the connotation construction of hospitals has become the only way for the development and construction of hospitals at all levels.Since the National Health Committee launched the"Three-Good and One-Satisfaction"campaign nationwide,Jinzhou Central Hospital has taken this opportunity to fully implement the"Three-Good and One-Satisfaction"campaign spirit in the planning,operation and management of hospital construction,strengthen connotation construction,and explore an effective way to enhance the soft power of the hospital.
