摘  要:从大连龙湖湿地公园土壤中分离获得了经刚果红染剂染色后产生明显透明圈的4株真菌,经形态学鉴定分别是枝孢霉属(Cladosporium sp.)、镰孢属(Fusarium sp.)、漆斑霉属(Myrothecium sp.)和青霉属(Penicillium sp.),其中镰孢属产生透明圈相对直径最大为1.63 cm,枝孢霉属形成透明圈次之为1.60 cm。通过酶活力测定比较:枝孢霉属的纤维素降解酶活力最高2.09IU/mL,镰孢属次之1.39 IU/mL。两种真菌降解纤维素形成的透明圈大小与酶活力呈负相关。Four species of fungi were isolated from the wetland soil of Longhu Park in Dalian. By morphological identification, the four strains respectively were Cladosporium sp., Fusarium sp., Myrothecium sp. and Penicillium sp., among which the largest diameter of the transparent circle,1.63 cm, was produced by Fusarium sp. and Cladosporium sp. was secondly formed 1.60 cm transparent circle. By comparing the enzyme activity, the highest activity of cellulose degrading enzyme was 2.09 IU/ml of Cladosporium sp., followed by 1.39 IU/ml of Fusarium sp. It presented a negative correlation between the size of the transparent circle and the enzyme activity of the two cellulosic degradation fungi.
