摘　　要：本文开展了弱化论文人才评价作用认可度影响因素、专业技术职称晋升影响因素、论文综合作用、科技人员视角的人才评价指标等探索性研究,在此基础上探讨了论文综合作用与价值。研究认为,应回归论文提高人才基本科学能力的本质作用,认可论文人才评价的重要作用,补充不同工作性质的特性指标,反对人才评价中的唯论文论和论文无用论。The influencing factors of reducing importance of papers’roles in talents evaluation were explored.In the meantime,papers’comprehensive roles and talent eveluation index were also studied.The key questions concerning papers’roles had been discussed correspondingly.The attitude towards scientific judgement of papers was proposed,standing for regressing papers’essential role in improving basic research ability of talents,recognizing papers’important role in evaluating talents,replenishing specific indicators in evaluating talents from different researching fields,and rejecting evaluation of talents by papers only or without papers.
