摘　　要：目的检测MAGE-A1、NY-ESO-1、KK-LC-1在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨其表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测70例胃癌患者胃镜或手术切除标本中MAGE-A1、NY-ESO-1、KK-LC-1的表达,并比较它们的表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果MAGE-A1、NY-ESO-1和KK-LC-1在胃癌组织的阳性表达率分别为70.0%、44.3%和32.9%。MAGE-A1表达与年龄、肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05);KK-LC-1表达与肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05)。在Ⅰ~Ⅲ期患者中,NYESO-1表达与肿瘤的T分期有关(P<0.05)。结论MAGE-A1、NY-ESO-1、KK-LC-1在胃癌中呈不同程度表达,MAGE-A1阳性表达率最高,且年龄越大、肿瘤分期越晚阳性表达率越高,MAGE-A1可能可成为胃癌患者免疫治疗潜在的治疗靶点。Objective Expression of MAGE-A1,NY-ESO-1 and KK-LC-1 in gastric cancer tissues was detected and the relationship between expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was discussed.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MAGE-A1,NY-ESO-1 and KK-LC-1 in 70 gastric cancer patients.The relationship between their expression and the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was compared.Results The positive expression rates of MAGE-A1,NY-ESO-1 and KK-LC-1 in gastric cancer tissues were 70.0%,44.3%and 32.9%,respectively.MAGE-A1 expression was associated with age and tumor stage(P<0.05).KK-LC-1expression was associated with tumor staging(P<0.05).In patients with stageⅠ~Ⅲ,NY-ESO-1 expression was associated with T stage of the tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion MAGE-A1,NY-ESO-1 and KK-LC-1 were expressed to different degrees in gastric cancer,with the highest positive expression rate of MAGE-A1,and the higher the age and the later the tumor stage,MAGE-A1 might be a potential therapeutic target for gastric cancer patients.
