摘　　要：文章对上党梆子的对外传播现状、可行性和必要性进行了分析,并借鉴已有戏曲对外传播的经验,提出将元素化传播作为地方戏曲上党梆子“走出去”的引导和过渡阶段,以期引起学术界对上党梆子等地方戏曲“走出去”的关注和重视。This paper analyzes the current situation,feasibility and necessity of the external communication of Shangdang operas,and draws on the experience of the external communication of the existing operas,puts forward that the element communication should be taken as the guide and transition stage of the“going out”of Shangdang operas,in order to attract the attention and attention of the academic circles to the“going out”of Shangdang operas and other local operas.
