必须重视质子泵抑制剂引起的恶性溃疡假性愈合

摘　　要：胃溃疡有良恶性之分,能够早期发现,早期诊断及治疗恶性溃疡,对于患者的预后至关重要。但是随着质子泵抑制剂的广泛应用,恶性溃疡的假性愈合时有发生,甚至引起医疗纠纷,必须高度重视。因此就质子泵抑制剂引起恶性溃疡的假性愈合进行介绍,为避免漏诊或误诊提供依据。Gastric ulcer can be divided into benign and malignant.Early detection,early diagnosis and treatment of malignant ulcer are very important for the patients.However,with the wide application of proton pump inhibitors,pseudo-healing of malignant ulcers occurs from time to time,and even causes medical disputes,which must be paid great attention to.Therefore,the pseudo-healing of malignant ulcer caused by proton pump inhibitors is introduced,which provides a basis for avoiding missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.
