摘 要:双鱼石构造超深小井眼气井超高压、高温、含硫特征明显,完井作业及后期生产过程中完井管柱失效风险高,完整性面临诸多挑战。高温高压含硫气井完井管柱作为完井及生产期间的一级井屏障,对于保障完井管柱完整性尤为重要。在室内材质腐蚀实验基础上,评价了耐蚀合金材料和抗硫碳钢材料的抗腐蚀性能;通过管柱力学分析校核,优化了满足完井及生产要求的油管组合。针对不同的投产需求,设计了两套完井管柱结构,满足了完井管柱完整性要求。同时,提出完井管柱井屏障组件之间的适应性以及完井压井液与完井管柱完整性之间的关联性,为提高超深超高压含硫气井完井完整性提供了指导性建议。The ultra-deep slim gas wells at Shuangyushi structure are characterized with obvious features of ultra high pressure,high temperature and sulfur contained.There is high risk of failure in completion string during well completion and later production period,facing challenges.As primary well barrier during completion and production,completion string is the key point for HPHT and sulfur gas well.Based on indoor material corrosion experiment,assessment of corrosion resistance performance are conducted for anti-corrosion alloy and sulfur resistant carbon steel.And through pipe string mechanics analysis and verification,completion pipes are optimized to satisfy well completion and later production.Two completion string configurations are designed for actual production demands and meeting integrity requirements of completion string.Then adaptability between well integrity barriers of completion string is explored,and relation between kill fluid and completion string integrity is also involved.Suggestion is presented for improvement of wellbore integrity in ultra deep and ultra high pressure gas wells.
