摘  要:以乳清蛋白为原料,NaOH为处理剂,木质素钠和乳液为交联剂,研究了不同戊二醛、木质素钠、乳液用量及pH对无醛蛋白胶粘剂的胶接强度、热性能、耐水性、耐候性及冻融稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:木质素钠为4.5 g、乳液为10 g、pH=1时,无醛蛋白胶粘剂的胶接强度较好,为936.7 MPa。另外,在此条件下其耐水性与耐候性符合标准,冻融稳定性也较好。Using whey protein as raw material,NaOH as treating agent,sodium lignin and emulsion as crosslinking agent,the effects of different amounts of glutaraldehyde,sodium lignin,emulsion and pH value on bonding strength,thermal property,water resistance,weathering resistance and freeze-thaw stability of formaldehyde-free protein adhesive were studied.The research results showed that when sodium lignin was 4.5 g,emulsion was 10 g,and pH was 1,the bonding strength of formaldehyde-free protein adhesive was excellent as936.7 MPa.In addition,under this condition,its water resistance and weather resistance met the standard,and the freeze-thaw stability was also good.
