摘　　要：通过构建多维度的HI指数,对近年来中国茶产业的竞争程度进行测算,结果显示2002年以来中国茶产业各个层面的竞争都在不断加剧,不同区域、不同茶类及各区域内部的竞争程度都有所提升,规模化的竞争给中国茶产业带来供求失衡的压力。基于分析结论,提出政府应该积极引导中国茶产业由增量竞争向存量竞争转变、进一步构建良序竞争制度规范茶叶市场竞争以及以大众茶为中心推动中国茶产业消费市场的健康可持续发展。Through the construction of multi-dimensional HI index, the competition degree of Chinese tea industry in recent years is estimated. The results show that the competition of Chinese tea industry at all levels has been increasing since 2002,and the competition degree of different regions, different tea categories and within regions has been increased. The large-scale competition brings the pressure of imbalance between supply and demand to Chinese tea industry. Based on the analysis conclusion, the paper proposes that the government should actively guide the transformation of Chinese tea industry from incremental competition to stock competition, further construct a good order competition system to regulate the tea market competition, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese tea industry consumption market with popular tea as the center.
