摘  要:采用电镜扫描法,对长白山6种橐吾的花粉形态进行了观察。结果表明:6种橐吾花粉形状为长球形,极面观为三裂圆形,赤道面观为随圆形,外壁纹饰为刺状纹饰,具3条萌发沟,其中白毛橐吾最长为44.69μm,单花橐吾最短35.98μm且差异显著,按照埃尔特曼的NPC(萌发器官数量、位置及特征)分类系统,6种橐吾花粉均属于N3P4C2类型;从花粉大小来看,复序橐吾(Ligularia jaluensis)、狭苞橐吾(L.intermedia)、蹄叶橐吾(L.fischeri)、白毛橐吾属(L.villosum)属于大花粉粒,而合苞橐吾(L.schmidtii)、单花橐吾(L.jamesii)属于中等花粉粒,6种橐吾中除单花橐吾和蹄叶橐吾外,其他4种橐吾花粉形态均为首次报道。虽然6种橐吾的花粉类型、萌发孔特征及外壁纹饰相同,但花粉粒的大小、萌发沟的大小等特征存在差异,望能为橐吾属植物种间鉴定提供辅助依据。Pollen morphology of six Ligularia in Changbai Mountain was observed with scanning electron microscopy.The observedresults showed that The shape pollen of six Ligularia were nearly spheroidal,polar view were three split circular and equatorial viewwere ellipse.The ornamentation of pollen exine were spiny,aperture were tricolporate.The longest colpus of L.villosum was 44.69μm,while the shortest one was 35.98μm,and the difference between them was also significant.According to Erdtman’s NPC system(Number of germinating organs、position and characteristic),the pollens of six Ligularia belonged to N3P4C2 model;L.jaluensis,L.intermedia,L.fischeri and L.villosum were large pollen grains,while L.schmidtii and L.jamesiiv were medium pollen grains.Except for L.jamesii and L.fischeri,the pollen morphology of the other four Ligularia are reported for the first time.Although six species of ligularia have the same pollen types,germination orifice characteristics a nd external ornamentation,there were differences in pollen grain size and germination groove size.It provides an auxiliary basis for the interspecific identification of Ligularia.
