Started and Inheritance Choice of Familial Handicraft-works in Traditional Social——Taken Shen Shao-an’s Family, Fuzhou as an Example

摘　　要：清末以降,蓬勃发展的福州脱胎漆器行业与沈氏家族中兴息息相关。本文从沈绍安发端之经过,引发并重点探讨以其及子孙三代为代表的中国传统手工艺家族行业代际选择,对家族技艺的传承和家业的继承有着缜密的布局。研究视角将竭力还原传统社会语境,以福州沈绍安家族入手,考察该家族发轫及代际优劣。从而,推断其传承选择符合当时社会规律的逻辑性与自然性。The flourishing development of bodiless lacquerware in Fuzhou had been closely related to the revival of Shen Shao-an’s family since late Qing dynasty.This article explains the started of Shen's family,and focuses on the inter-generational choice of the traditional Chinese handicraft family industry represented by Shen's family.From Shen Shao-an(1767-1835),as the founder,to Shen Zuo-lin(1818-1878),who was the third generation leader,the strategy of craft-skills and business familial inheritance was carefully.Generally speaking,in order to safeguard the interests of the family itself,the scope of inheritance is often limited to family members with direct-blood relationship.If we try to narrow the scope,it is can be seen that"son inherits father's business"is an important and common inter-generational way in familial handicraft-works in traditional social in China.Some scholars have questioned whether the inheritance method was reasonable or not:they believed that it had been strong-exclusiveness,which hindered the spread of handicraft to a certain extent.Unfortunately,this kind of criticism is suspected to have a contemporary view of hindsight.Therefore,this article tried to set the research perspective of traditional social context,and taken Shen Shao-an family,Fuzhou as an example,to investigate its started and inter-generational advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,the author believed that the inheritance choice was more reasonable and in line with the social context in that time.
