大众创业浪潮下的企业家创业过程研究

摘　　要：在"大众创业"背景下,我国近年来掀起了一股创业热潮。企业家如何成功创业已成为人们广泛关注的热点问题。本文基于企业家资本的研究视角,并结合企业家认知、机会识别、创业导向和创业拼凑等因素对企业家创业过程进行剖析,通过案例研究发现:企业家创建新企业的过程是一个在企业家资本的推动下,并在企业家认知的指引下识别创业机会,并通过创业导向及创业拼凑以抓取机会高效创业的过程;企业家通过持续学习,以及对创业实践中经验的反思与总结,将有助于资本的积累和认知的成长;企业家认知成长有助于企业识别新的发展机会,并通过创业导向和创业拼凑以开发利用新的机会实现快速成长。Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship",China has set off an upsurge of entrepreneurship in recent years. How entrepreneurs succeed in entrepreneurship has become a hot issue of widespread concern. Therefore,entrepreneurship process has become a hot area of academic research. This article carries on the analysis from the perspective of entrepreneur capital,and combined with the factors of entrepreneur cognition,opportunity identification,entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial patchwork,so as to analyze the development process of enterprise entrepreneurship. Through case study,it shows firstly,the process of entrepreneurs creating new enterprises is a process of identifying entrepreneurship opportunities under the impetus of entrepreneurship capital and the guidance of entrepreneurship cognition,and seizing opportunities to start businesses efficiently through entrepreneurship orientation and entrepreneurship patchwork. Secondly,through continuous learning,reflection and summary of experience in entrepreneurship practice,entrepreneurs can contribute to the accumulation of entrepreneurship capital and the growth of entrepreneurs’ cognition. Thirdly,cognitive growth of entrepreneurs helps enterprises identify new opportunities, then through entrepreneurship orientation and entrepreneurship patchwork to develop and utilize new opportunities for rapid growth.
