摘　　要：报告1例皮肤透明细胞汗腺瘤。患者女,77岁。右侧胸壁结节1年。约3 cm×1.5 cm大小,孤立、境界清楚,呈半透明红色结节,质硬,顶端宽大,基底较窄,呈分叶状,表面光滑。治疗上予局部麻醉下完整切除结节。术后皮损组织病理明确诊断为透明细胞汗腺瘤。A 77-year-old female presented with a nodule on her right chest for one year. Physical examination showed a demarcated, solitary, red translucent nodule, sized 3 cm × 1.5 cm. The nodule was lobulated with narrow base and smooth surface. The nodule was excised under local anesthesia. Pathology showed a cluster of clear cells in sweat glands, supporting the diagnosis of clear cell hidradenoma.
