口腔科手机使用减压沸腾清洗机清洗消毒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察口腔科手机使用减压沸腾清洗机清洗消毒后的效果。方法将2019年09月01日~2019年11月01日回收的口腔科手机186只随机分为A、B两组,每组93只。A组采用常规手工清洗方法,B组采用手工预处理联合沸腾减压清洗机清洗。使用目测法及75%酒精纱布擦拭消毒和ATP生物荧光检测法检测清洗质量,并比较两种清洗方法的清洗时间差异。结果目测法及75%酒精纱布擦拭检测,A组和B组合格率分别为94.6%和100%,ATP生物荧光检测,A组和B组合格率分别90.32%和100%,清洗时间差异:A组物业工人所用时间46 min,B组物业工人所用时间仅为17 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用减压沸腾式清洗机清洗口腔手机的效果明显优于常规的手工清洗方法,不仅清洗效果好,还减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,是一种值得推广的清洗方法。Objective Observe the effect of cleaning and disinfecting the stomatology mobile phone using a vacuum boiling washing machine.Methods 186 dental stomatology machines recovered from September 1,2019 to November 1,2019 were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,with 93 in each group.Group A was cleaned by conventional manual cleaning,and group B was cleaned by manual pretreatment combined with boiling decompression washing machine.The cleaning quality was measured by visual inspection and 75%alcohol gauze wiping and ATP bioluminescence detection,and the difference in cleaning time between the two cleaning methods was compared.Results Visual inspection and 75%alcohol gauze wiping test,the combined rate of group A and B were 94.6%and 100%,respectively,ATP bio-fluorescence detection,group A and B group rate were 90.32%and 100%,respectively,cleaning time difference:group A The time spent by the property workers was 46 minutes,and the time spent by the Group B property workers was only 17 minutes.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using a vacuum boiling cleaning machine to clean the oral mobile phone is obviously superior to the conventional manual cleaning method,which not only has a good cleaning effect,but also reduces the labor intensity of the worker and improves the work efficiency,and is a cleaning method worthy of promotion.
