不同垂直骨面型患者上颌后牙与上颌窦底关系的研究

摘　　要：目的通过锥形束CT分析上颌后牙与上颌窦底的关系,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法选取210例患者锥形束CT影像资料,依据下颌平面角大小将其分为3组,分别测量上颌后牙各牙根至上颌窦底的最短距离以及磨牙牙根相对于上颌窦底的垂直关系,分析垂直骨面型对上颌后牙与上颌窦底关系的影响。结果上颌后牙各牙根与上颌窦底的距离由近至远依次为第二磨牙近颊根<第二磨牙远颊根<第一磨牙腭根,随着下颌平面角的增大,牙根与上颌窦底间距离逐渐减小,磨牙牙根与上颌窦底的关系越来越密切。结论不同垂直骨面型间上颌后牙牙根与上颌窦底关系存在差异,锥形束CT辅助下可准确判断上颌后牙区的解剖结构。0bjective The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the maxillary posterior teeth and the maxillary sinus floor by using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods Cone-beam computed tomographic images of 210 patients were collected and divided into 3 types according to the mandibular plane angle.The distances and relationship between the maxillary posterior roots and the maxillary sinus floor were recorded.Data were correlated with the vertical facial type.Results The mesiobuccal roots of the maxillary second molar were closest to the sinus floor,followed by the distobuccal roots of the maxillary second molar and the palatinal roots of the maxillary first molar.The distances and relationship between root and maxillary sinus were more closely related with the increase of vertical facial type.Conclusion The relationship between the maxillary sinus floor and the maxillary posterior teeth root is different according to the vertical facial type.Using CBCT can accurately analyze the anatomical structure of the maxillary posterior region.
