摘 要:对汽车生产设施布局优化是汽车制造企业提高运作效率、降低成本、减少物料搬运距离和时间的有效途径之一。而对汽车生产设施布局优化进行评价研究可验证其优化的有效性。本文以某整车制造企业生产设施布局为研究对象,首先通过SLP法对现有计划方案的布局进行优化,然后运用结构熵模型对优化前后的生产设施布局进行评价对比,根据其时效熵、质量熵和有序度的计算结果证明优化的有效性。Optimizing the layout of automobile production facilities is one of the effective ways for automobile manufacturers to improve operational efficiency,reduce costs and reduce material handling distance and time.Studying the evaluation of the layout optimization of automobile production facilities can verify the effectiveness of its optimization.In this paper,the layout of the production facilities of an automobile manufacturing enterprise is the research object.Firstly,the layout of the existing planning scheme is optimized by SLP,and then the layout of the production facilities before and after optimization is evaluated and compared by applying the structure-entropy model,and the validity of optimization is proved according to the calculation results of its aging entropy,quality entropy and order degree.
