摘　　要：目的:探讨他汀类降血脂药物的使用情况和处方分析。方法:2017年1月-2019年4月选取高血脂病症患者使用的他汀类处方400例,对所选处方建立数据库,并结合相关规章制度与药物使用说明书对本次所选他汀类处方进行分析。结果:使用他汀类药物400例中,阿托伐他汀处方168张、匹伐他汀钙片28张、辛伐他汀36张、瑞舒伐他汀168张。阿托伐他汀不合理处方9例、匹伐他汀钙片不合理1例、辛伐他汀不合理3例、瑞舒伐他汀不合理8例。诊断不符5例、配伍不符5例、用法用量错误11例。结论:他汀类药物治疗高血脂病症较为普遍,但存在不合理用药情况,临床医师及药剂师应结合该类药物的使用不合理性提出相应的干预措施,以保障该处方用药合理。Objective:To discuss the use situation and prescription analysis of statins antilipidemic drugs.Methods:400 cases of statin prescription for patients with hyperlipidemia were selected from January 2017 to April 2019.We established a database of selected prescriptions,and analyzed the selected statin prescriptions according to the relevant rules and regulations and drug instructions.Results:Of the 400 patients taking statins,there were 168 prescriptions for atorvastatin,28 prescriptions for pivastatin calcium tablets,36 prescriptions for simvastatin tablets and 168 prescriptions for risovastatin tablets.9 cases of atorvastatin unreasonable prescription,1 case of pivastatin calcium tablets unreasonable prescription,3 cases of simvastatin unreasonable prescription,8 cases of rosuvastatin unreasonable prescription.There were 5 cases of inconsistent diagnosis,5 cases of inconsistent compatibility and 11 cases of incorrect usage and dosage.Conclusion:Statins are widely used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,but there are unreasonable use of drugs,clinicians and pharmacists should put forward corresponding intervention measures according to the irrational use of such drugs to ensure the rational use of the prescription.
