摘　　要：目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染以及抗病毒治疗的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年2月收治HPV感染引起的宫颈柱状细胞上移患者92例,分为两组,各46例。对照组采用微波治疗;观察组联合微波与干扰素-α2a栓治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组接触性出血、腰骶酸痛、白带增多、下腹坠胀和血性分泌物等临床症状缓解率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HPV清除率(89.13%)显著高于对照组患者HPV清除率(60.87%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:微波与干扰素-α2a抗病毒治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染,能明显改善宫颈柱状细胞上移患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of HPV infection and antiviral treatment.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2019,92 patients with cervical erosion caused by HPV infection were selected,and they were divided into two groups of 46 cases in each.The control group was treated with microwave,and the observation group was treated with microwave combined with interferon-α2A suppository.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The clinical symptom relief rate of contact hemorrhage,lumbosacral pain,leucorrhea,hypogastric distention and blood secretion in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The clearance rate of HPV in the observation group(89.13%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.87%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave and interferon-α2a anti-virus treatment of human papillomavirus infection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cervical erosion patients,improve the treatment effect.
