摘 要:目的:探讨饮食管理对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者治疗行为、病情转归的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治T2DM患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。A组均给予常规治疗,B组联合饮食管理。对比两组干预效果。结果:两组干预后FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c以及BMI水平均有改善,B组改善效果明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组饮食管理优良率优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:饮食管理措施用于T2DM患者治疗进程中效果较为理想。Objective:To explore the effect of diet management on the treatment behavior and the prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,60 T2DM patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in each.Group A was given routine treatment,group B combined with diet management.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 hPG,HbA1c and BMI in both groups were improved,and the improvement effect in group B was significantly better than that in group A;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of diet management in group B was better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of dietary management measures in the treatment of T2DM patients was ideal.
