摘　　要：癌症发病率在我国逐年增高,癌痛作为恶性肿瘤后期患者最常见、最痛苦的症状之一,使患者的生活质量受到严重影响。三阶梯止痛方案在一定程度上减轻了癌痛患者的痛苦,但长期服用具有成瘾性,且不良反应明显。上海长征医院魏品康教授经过多年临床经验提出"肿瘤痰证理论",确定"消痰止痛"为癌痛的主要治则,并结合"内病外治"的治疗思想,研发消痰止痛凝胶外治该病,具有明确治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广。The incidence of cancer increases year by year in China. Cancer pain is one of the most common and painful symptoms in patients with malignant tumors, the life quality of patients are greatly influenced. The three ladder analgesic scheme alleviates the pain of cancer patients to some extent, however, long-term use is addictive and has obvious adverse reactions. Professor Wei Pinkang of Shanghai Changzheng hospital put forward the "tumor phlegm syndrome theory" after years of clinical experience and he proposes the method of "eliminating phlegm and relieving pain" to treat the disease, Combined with the treatment thought of "internal disease using external treatment", the "eliminating phlegm and relieving pain" gel is provided to cure the cancer pain, it has the clear therapeutic effect and worthy of further promotion.
