旴江医家养生思想及方法探析

摘　　要：旴江医家为后世留下了诸多养生思想及方法,散记于诸多旴江医籍医典当中,将这些宝贵的财富整理挖掘,可以为当地乃至全国的百姓服务,为实施"健康中国战略"发挥重要的作用,此外对于其中的一些方药方法进行更加深入的研究,需要大量的临床研究进行数据支持和验证。一些药膳食品的制作,可以为旴江流域的饮食文化加入传统元素,并可带动相关的产业链,为旴江流域经济的发展建设舔砖加瓦。Xujiang physicians have left many health-preserving ideas and characteristics for later generations, which are scattered in many medical books of Xujiang. By sorting out and excavating this valuable wealth, they can serve the local people and even the whole country, and play an important role in implementing the "healthy China strategy". In addition, more in-depth research on some prescription and medicine methods needs a lot of clinical practice and research data support and validation. The production of some medicinal food can add traditional elements to the dietary culture of the Xujiang River Basin, and can also drive related industrial chains and build bricks and tiles for the economic development of the Xujiang River Basin.
