摘  要:基于学院型医院与医学高等院校的差异性,明确学院型医院对青年教师导师影响培养制约条件,针对制约条件对学院型医院青年教师导师制培养体系进行设立和调整,将形成的培养体系纳入学院型医院青年教师导师制培养方案中,对导师和青年教师进行针对性考核,评估新的培养体系下青年教师导师制培养模式的优劣,以期能够快速有效提升临床教师教育教学能力,实现医学教学质量稳步提升。Based on the differences between college hospitals and medical colleges and universities, this paper clarifies the restrictive conditions of college hospitals influencing the training of young teachers tutors, establishes and adjusts the training system of young teachers’ tutorial system in college hospitals in view of the restrictive conditions, incorporates the formed training system into the training scheme of young teachers tutorial system in college hospitals, and carries out targeted assessment of tutors and young teachers. The advantages and disadvantages of the training mode of young teacher ’s tutorial system under the new training system were evaluated, in order to improve the teaching ability of clinical teachers quickly and effectively, and to realize the steady improvement of medical teaching quality.
