摘  要:随着半导体照明技术的快速发展,LED光源被广泛应用于多个领域。近年来,半导体照明技术应用于植物照明和果蔬采后保鲜等方面受到广大研究人员的关注。介绍了半导体照明技术应用于果蔬采后保鲜的最新研究进展以及光照对果蔬采后保鲜的机理,解释了植物光度学和人眼光度学的一些概念定义及其区别,介绍了最新的植物光照参量测试专用仪器,指出了一些研究人员在研究过程中对光配比、光谱、单色光和复合光的错误理解。在前期研究的基础上,给出了未来半导体照明果蔬保鲜的研究方向各研究方案。With the rapid development of semiconductor lighting technology,LED light source has been widely used in many fields.In recent years,semiconductor lighting technology applied to plant lighting and fruit and vegetable postharvest preservation has attracted the attention of researchers.In this paper,the latest research progress of semiconductor illumination,applied to postharvest preservation of vegetables and fruits,and the mechanism of illumination on postharvest preservation of fruits and vegetables are systematically introduced.The definitions and differences of plant photometric and human vision are presented.This paper introduces the latest special instrument for measuring the light parameters of plants.And the misunderstood on the concept of ratio of lights,spectrum,monochromatic light and compound light in the course of research is pointed out.On the basis of the previous study,the future research direction of semiconductor illumination preservation of fruits and vegetables is proposed.
