摘　　要：学业指导是高校在人才培养过程中贯彻“以学生为中心”教育理念的一种人才培养途径。目前我国高等教育正进入新的转型期,面临教育环境多元化和教育对象个性化的新挑战,提供“全程化、多元化、全员化、个性化、分层次、专业化、信息化”的有效学业指导服务极为关键。在“双一流”建设背景下,系统研究和梳理当前学业指导体系的建设和管理经验,结合桂林电子科技大学实际,将“OBE”理念引入到学业指导体系构建中,并设计实践方案和实施办法,为大学生学业指导体系的构建提供思路。Academic guidance is a way for colleges and universities to carry out the educational concept of"student-centered"in the process of talent cultivation.At present,higher education in our country is entering a new transition period,facing the new challenges of diversification of educational environment and individualization of educational objects,it is very important to provide effective academic guidance services of"thoroughly,diversification,all-staff participation,personalized,hierarchical,professional and informatization".Under the background of"double first-class"construction,this paper systematically studies and sorts out the construction and management experience of the current academic guidance system,combined with the reality of Guilin University Of Electronic Technology,introduces the concept of"OBE"into the construction of academic guidance system,and designs practical schemes and implementation methods to provide the thought for the construction of undergraduates'academic guidance system.
