摘 要:传统锅炉控制过度信赖简单式仪器仪表与经验,其中存在一定的局限性,即能源利用率较低与设备运行缺乏安全性、可靠性等,据此,基于S7-300PLC系统,通过S7-200PLC系统、西门子远程I/O模块、接口模块模拟量与数字量输入输出模块等设计了锅炉分布式控制系统。把现场所有设施设备都构建为分布式控制系统,通过通信协议对各电机进行变频调速,并从中引进模块控制理论,以实现燃烧的自动化控制,合理利用WinCC7.0组态软件开发了上位机监控系统,以此通过上位机实现对锅炉分布式系统的实时监控与可靠性操控,并通过SQL Server2005等软件进一步实现了系统报表功能。通过测试证明,系统在正常投入运转之后,具有明显的突出性优势,不仅性能良好,效果显著,而且还在很大程度上减轻了工作人员的任务。Traditional boiler control relies excessively on simple instrument and experience,which has some limitations,that is,low energy utilization rate,lack of safety and reliability of equipment operation and something else.Based on S7-300PLC system,through S7-200PLC system,and Siemens remote I/O module,interface module,analog and digital input and output modules,the boiler distributed control system is designed.In order to realize the automatic control of combustion,the frequency conversion speed regulation of each motor is carried out by means of communication protocol,and the module control theory is introduced from it.The monitoring system of upper computer is developed by using WinCC7.0 configuration software reasonably.In this way,the real-time monitoring and reliability control of the boiler distributed system is realized by the upper computer,and the system report function is further realized by SQL Server2005 and other software.It is proved by test that the system has obvious outstanding advantages after normal operation.It not only has good performance and remarkable effect,but also relieve the task of the staff to a great extent.
