摘 要:[目的]研究基因型对粳稻花药培养效率的影响。[方法]利用水稻花药培养技术,对16个农艺性状优良的粳稻品种进行了花药离体培养。根据其愈伤诱导率和绿苗分化率,筛选花药培养力强的优良粳稻品系。[结果]17y155适用为花药培养F1代的亲本,在水稻花药培养领域有很大的应用潜力。[结论]该研究对水稻花药培养高效体系的建立以及创制优良水稻新品系具有重要意义。[Objective]To research the effects of different genotypes on anther culture efficiency of Japonica rice.[Method]Cultivation technology of anther culture was adopted to carry out the in vitro cultivation of 16 Japonica rice varieties with good agronomic characters.The high-quality Japonica rice varieties with strong anther culture ability were screened according to the callus induction rate and green plantlet differentiation rate.[Result]17y155 was suitable to be used as the parent material of anther culture F1 generation,which has great application potential in the field of anther cultivation.[Conclusion]This research is of great importance to the establishment of anther cultivation efficient system and new high-quality rice lines.
