摘  要:在大田县实施氨基寡糖素对茶树抗病增产试验和药害缓解试验。当每667m 2喷施5%氨基寡糖素AS 800倍液45 kg,2次或3次时,对茶树的生长情况、增产效果和抗病性调查结果表明:铁观音春茶喷施5%氨基寡糖素AS800倍液2次、3次,芽头数分别增加14.5%、18.5%,百芽重分别增加4.3%、7.1%,产量分别增加16.6%、21.6%,对茶圆赤星病防治效果分别达到50.8%、59.0%。对喷施丁醚脲产生药害的茶园,喷施5%氨基寡糖素AS800倍液,未喷施氨基寡糖素为对照。结果表明:秋季喷施5%氨基寡糖素AS800倍液2次,对缓解由丁醚脲产生的药害效果显著,处理区比对照采摘期提早7 d,产量提高27.7%。An experiment applying amino-oligosaccharin to improve the disease resistance and yield,while mitigating the damage caused by previous insecticide application,of tea bushes was conducted in Datian County.The tea plants were spread twice or three times with an 800x dilution of 5%amino oligosaccharide as solution at a rate of 45 kg/667m 2 to observe the effects on the growth,yield and disease resistance of the plants.The results showed that,when the plants were spread twice and 3 times,the bud count per plant increased by 14.5%and 18.5%,the 100-bud-weight by 4.3%and 7.1%,the yield by 16.6%and 21.6%,and,the control on tea scab 50.8%and 59.0%,respectively.At a plantation ill-affected by diafenthiuron,the amino-oligosaccharin treatment was applied twice in the autumn to show significant alleviation of the damage on the plants by the insecticide application,a 7d reduction on harvest time,and a 27.7%increase on yield,as compared to control.
