摘　　要：微观解读PMBOK~? Guide第六版的新内容,对比新版和旧版之间的差异。从新版本的整体结构入手,围绕主要内容的变化展开,探讨新版本的理论发展和在实践中应用的新趋势,并具体介绍文件增删情况以及工具与技术的调整情况。新版本在结构层次上更加规范、严谨,内容上系统性的进行前沿探索,具体的文件、工具和技术则强调实用性。The microscopic interpretation of the new content from the sixth edition of the PMBOK Guide that compares differences between the new and the old editions.Starting from the overall structure of the new edition focusing on changes in the main content,the report discussed the theoretical development of the new edition and new trends applied from practice.It also introduced the addition and deletion of documents and the adjustment of tools and technologies in detail.The structure of the new edition is more standardized and rigorous,its content focuses on frontier exploration through a systematic approach,the specific documents,tools and technology mentioned in the new edition further emphasizes practicality.
