儿童自我保护认知与儿童伤害——基于六省市的实证研究

摘　　要：以六省市的抽样调查数据为基础,从认知行为理论的视角出发,将儿童自我保护观念强弱作为儿童受伤害的内因进行分析,探讨儿童自我保护观念对儿童受伤害的影响。研究发现:在宏观要素层面,儿童对儿童权益基本价值观的自我认知越高,其受伤害的可能性越低;在中观组织层面,儿童对儿童保护者职责和义务的自我认知越高,其受伤害的可能性越低;在微观行为层面,儿童对日常生活安全意识的自我认知越好,其受伤害的可能性越低。基于以上发现,建议加强相关立法,修改相关法规;动员社会力量参与儿童保护事业;建立以社区照顾模式为中心的儿童社会支持保护网络;提高监护人保护儿童的意识,最终提高儿童自我保护的认知,降低儿童伤害事件的发生。Based on the sampling survey data of six provinces and municipalities and starting from the perspective of cognitive behavior theory,this paper regards the strength of children's self-protection cognition as internal cause for children injury,and tries to explore the internal causes of children's self-protection cognition on children injury.According to the findings,at the macro factor level,the higher the children's self-cognition on basic values regarding their rights and interests is,the lower the possibility of being injured is;at the meso organization level,the higher the children's self-cognition on children protectors'responsibility and obligation is,the lower the possibility of being injured is;at the micro behavior level,the better the children's self-cognition on safety awareness in daily life is,the lower the possibility of being injured is.Based on the above findings,we try to put forward several suggestions,namely strengthening related legislation,revising relevant laws and regulations;mobilizing social forces to participate in children protection;establishing social support and protection network for children centering on community care model;and improving the guardians awareness of protecting children.Hence,we could eventually enhance the children's self-protection cognition,and reduce the occurrence of children injury.
