摘　　要：地质勘探行业单位多、分布多、勘探现场分布广,给思想政治工作建设带来了一定的难度。各级党组织是地质勘探行业思想政治工作的主要领导者。地质勘探行业的思想政治工作要强化行业各部门、各单位、各勘探现场的中层工作人员思想政治工作,高效开展基层思想政治工作建设,并注重高精尖人才思想政治工作这一新课题,切实做好地质勘探行业的思想政治工作。The geological exploration industry has many units,many branches,and wide distribution of exploration sites,which brings a certain degree of difficulty to the construction of ideological and political work.Party organizations at all levels are the main leaders of the ideological and political work in the geological exploration industry.The ideological and political work of the geological exploration industry should strengthen the ideological and political work of the middle-level staff of all departments,units and exploration sites,carry out the construction of ideological and political work at the grass-roots level efficiently,pay attention to the new subject of ideological and political work of top talents,and do a good job in the ideological and political work of the geological exploration industry.
