摘 要:随着时代的发展和进步,数控技术的应用愈加广泛,我国对该技术的人才需求也在不断提升。为了满足现代市场对人才的需求,我国要加强职业教育,培养更多高素质专业人才。高校是培养职业人才的重要基地,为了培养更多合格的技术人才,高校不仅要扎实学生的基础知识、理论知识,还要培养学生的时间操作能力。所以,在"数控加工与编程"课程教学时,要加强实习教学,根据当代社会的发展需求,对该课程进行相应的教学改革与完善。文章就此进行了相关的阐述和分析。With the development and progress of the times, the application of numerical control technology is more and more extensive, and the demand for talents of this technology in China is also constantly improving. In order to meet the needs of talents in the modern market, China must strengthen vocational education and train more high-quality professionals. Higher vocational colleges are an important base for cultivating professional talents. In order to train more qualified technical talents, higher vocational colleges must not only solidify students’ basic knowledge and theoretical knowledge, but also cultivate students’ time operation ability. Therefore, in the teaching of "Numerical Control Processing and Programming" courses, it is necessary to strengthen the practice teaching, according to the development needs of the contemporary society, the corresponding teaching reform and improvement of the course, this article has carried out related elaboration and analysis.
