摘  要:目的:设计一种基于LabVIEW的闭环反馈控制的小动物长骨轴向压缩应力载荷加载系统,实现对小动物长骨应力加载装置的程序控制。方法:该系统基于课题组前期设计的小动物长骨应力加载装置进行设计,增加闭环反馈模块和应变测量模块,并将步进电动机替换为伺服电动机,上位机发送的电动机运行控制指令经RS485串行通信接口发送至电动机控制器。结果:该系统可对小动物长骨施加频率可控、强度精准、模式一致的周期载荷;增加闭环反馈模块后可有效消除偏差、自动调整峰值载荷,提高了稳定性;应变测量模块可实时监测骨骼表面的应变变化情况。结论:该系统保证了加载载荷的有效性及精确性,解决了因骨组织蠕变效应造成的加载初期应力下降的问题,能够有效建立动物长骨载荷模型,为探索骨质疏松、应力性骨折等骨骼疾病的发病机制及预防治疗措施提供了实验平台。Objective To develop a closed-loop feedback axial compression load control system based on LabVIEW,which is used to concisely control a loading device.Methods Based on the animal compression loading device designed by the research group,the closed-loop feedback and strain measurement modules were added in the system to realize the function of precise control and real-time monitoring of the device by the computer via RS485 interface.Results The system could apply consistent load with accurate intensity,controllable frequency and pattern.Through the closed-loop feedback module,it could monitor whether the current applied stress was consistent with the set value.If a change occurred,the motor adjusted automatically to maintain the peak stress steadily.The strain measurement module monitored strain changes on the bone surface in real time.Conclusion The system improves the validity and accuracy of loading.It effectively solves the problem of stress instability caused by the creep effect of bone tissue,establishes animal long bone models as desired,and provides an experimental platform to explore the pathogenesis and preventive treatments of bone diseases such as osteoporosis and stress fracture.
