摘  要:目的探讨对立违抗障碍(ODD)患儿的家庭环境特征及其与患儿行为问题的关系。方法选择2016年8月至2017年1月于郑州市第八人民医院就诊的44例8~14岁ODD患儿为研究对象(ODD组),另按年级随机抽取郑州市某小学50名健康儿童作为对照组。采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、家庭环境量表(FES-CV)对2组受试者进行评估,分析ODD患儿家庭环境特征及其与行为问题的关系。结果ODD组患儿分裂样、抑郁因子、交往不良、强迫性、社交退缩、多动、攻击性、违纪因子得分高于对照组(P<0.05),而体诉因子得分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ODD组患儿知识性、娱乐性、道德宗教观因子得分低于对照组(P<0.05),而亲密度、情感表达、矛盾性、独立性、成功性、组织性、控制性因子得分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关分析显示,ODD组患儿FES-CV中的亲密度因子得分与CBCL中分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、体诉、社交退缩、多动、攻击性及违纪因子得分均呈负相关(r=-0.339、-0.429、-0.352、-0.287、-0.333、-0.334、-0.331、-0.384、-0.253,P<0.05);情感表达因子得分与抑郁、强迫性及体诉因子得分均呈负相关(r=-0.222、-0.221、-0.254,P<0.05);矛盾性因子得分与分裂样、抑郁、体诉及攻击性因子得分均呈正相关(r=0.239、0.294、0.295、0.225,P<0.05、0.01);独立性及成功性因子得分与交往不良因子得分呈负相关(r=-0.211-0.209,P<0.05);知识性因子得分与分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、体诉、社交退缩、多动、攻击性及违纪因子得分呈负相关(r=-0.292、-0.337、-0.352、-0.275、-0.277、-0.321、-0.381、-0.366、-0.286,P<0.01);娱乐性因子得分与抑郁及多动因子得分呈负相关(r=-0.222、-0.223,P<0.05);道德宗教因子得分与分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、体诉、社交退缩、多动、攻击性及违纪因子得分均呈负相关(rObjective To explore the family environment characteristics and their relationship with behavioral problems of children with oppositional defiant disorder(ODD).Methods A total of 44 ODD patients aged 8 to14 years old admitted to the Eighth People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou from August 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects(ODD group),and 50 healthy children from a primary school in Zhengzhou city were randomly selected according to their grades as the control group.Achenbach child behavior checklist(CBCL)and family environment scale-Chinese version(FES-CV)were used to evaluate the children in the two groups and analyze their family environment characteristics and the relationship between family environment characteristics and behavioral problems.Results The scores of schizoid,depression,social problems,compulsion,social withdrawal,hyperactivity,aggressive behavior and rule-breaking in the ODD group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the score of somatic complaint between the ODD group and the control group(P>0.05).The scores of intellectual-cultural orientation,active-recreational orientation,moral-religious emphasis in the ODD group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the score of cohesion,emotional expression,conflict,independence,achievement,organization and controlling orientation between the ODD group and the control group(P>0.05).For the ODD group,the correlation analysis shows that the factor scores of cohesion in FES-CV were negatively correlated with those of schizoid,depression,social problems,compulsion,somatic complaint,social withdrawal,hyperactivity,aggressive behavior and rule-breaking in CBCL(r=-0.339,-0.429,-0.352,-0.287,-0.333,-0.334,-0.331,-0.384,-0.253;P<0.05).The factor scores of emotional expression were negatively correlated with depression,compulsion and somatic complaint(r=-0.222,-0.221,-0.254;P<0.05).The factor scores of conflict were positively correlated
