摘 要:我国是食用菌大国,全国食用菌年总产量已超3000万吨,占全球总产量的70%以上,每年至少生产约1200万吨的食用菌菌渣。食用菌菌渣的综合循环利用,既可以有效减少有机废弃物对环境的污染,也可以延长食用菌产业的产业链,增加种植农户的收入。文章以什邡市黄背木耳产区为例,调研分析了该产区的黄背木耳产业基本情况,对2010年和2018年的黄背木耳产业情况和菌渣处理数据进行了对比;对菌渣的循环利用方式、用途、收益等做了数据分析。调研发现在菌渣的有机肥化利用方面具有绿色环保的优势,同时也存在一些问题和有待提高的地方,在食用菌渣高值化利用上还需要加大研究力度,研发高附加值产品以利于菌渣循环利用的长期可持续发展。China is a big country of edible fungi production.The annual production of edible fungi in China has exceeded 30 million tons,accounting for more than 70%of the global production,and at least 12 million tons of edible fungi residues are produced every year.The comprehensive recycling utilization can not only effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by edible fungus residue,but also extend the industrial chain of edible fungus,and increase the income of farmers.Taking Shifang city as an example,this paper investigated and analyzed the basic situation of yellow back fungus industry in Shifang city,and compared the data of fungus industry and residue treatment in 2010 and 2018.The recycling utilization methods,applications and benefits of fungus residue were analyzed.The investigation showed that the fertilizer utilization of fungus residue was environmentally friendly,but there were also some problems for improving.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the high value utilization of edible fungus residue and develop high value added products for sustainable development of the recycling utilization of fungus residue.
