摘　　要：英国是最先实现工业化和养老事业发展程度较高的国家之一,其养老服务组织的创新走在世界前列。本文选取其骨干性和典范性的养老服务组织“老龄英国”作为案例,展开实证描述和研究。研究发现,该组织围绕“营收”与“公益”双向融贯这一主轴,串联居家、社区和地方等老龄生活场景,链接并激活政府、市场、社会、家庭和个人等各类资源,适时调整治理结构和运营实践,走出了一条社会企业化发展的可持续路径,可为我国养老组织和养老事业的可持续发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。The United Kingdom is one of the first countries to Practice industrialization and develop elderly care services.The development of social entrepreneurship in elderly care services has been worked for many years.This case study paper focuses on“Age UK”,which is one of the best character and typical elderly care services,for further describing analysis.From the perspective of its market operation and public welfare mission,the study links its organizational structure from homes,communities to local aging life scenes,The analysis shows“Age UK”integrates its promotes of resources from government,society,markets,families and individuals,to other social enterprise as well as to make the organizational operation practices and governance development This case study Provides us the another way to work on elderly care services Industry from social enterprise way which could be more sustainability.
