摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加苹果渣对肉兔生长性能、养分表观消化率及肉品质的影响。选取32日龄体重相近的健康断奶肉兔350只,随机分为5组,每组70只兔。5组试验兔分别饲喂含0(对照组)、6%(Ⅰ组)、12%(Ⅱ组)、18%(Ⅲ组)和24%苹果渣(Ⅳ组)的试验饲粮。预试期9 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)Ⅳ组末重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组平均日采食量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。各组腹泻率和死亡率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。2)对照组干物质表观消化率最低,极显著低于Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组粗蛋白质表观消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率最高,极显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组能量表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)各组屠宰性能、肉品质和肌肉化学成分均没有显著差异(P>0.05)。综合考虑本试验所测指标,肉兔饲粮中适宜的苹果渣添加比例为18%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of apple pomace on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and meat quality of meat rabbits. A total of 350 healthy weanling rabbits at 32 days of age were randomly divided into 5 groups with 70 rabbits in each group. Rabbits in the 5 groups were fed experimental diets which contained 0(control group),6%(group Ⅰ),12%(group Ⅱ),18%(group Ⅲ) and24% apple pomace(group Ⅳ),respectively. There were a pretrial period of 9 days followed by an experimental period of 30 days. The results showed as follows: 1) the final body weight and average daily gain of groupⅣ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake of groupsⅠ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the feed to gain ratio of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 01). There were no significant differences on diarrhea rate and mortality rate among all groups(P > 0. 05). 2) The dry matter apparent digestibility of control group was the lowest,and extremely significantly lower than that of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P<0.01);the crude protein apparent digestibility of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between group Ⅰ and control group(P>0.05). The neutral detergent fiber(NDF) apparent digestibility of group Ⅲ was the highest,and extremely significantly higher than that of control group,groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.01);the acid detergent fiber(ADF) apparent digestibility of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was extremely significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). The energy apparent digestibility of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were extremely significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 01),but there were no significant differences among groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and control group(P>0.05). 3) There were no significant differences on slaughtering performance,meat qual
