ATF3表达与宫颈癌临床病理因素及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的分析激活转录因子3(activating transcription factor 3,ATF3)表达与宫颈癌临床病理因素及预后的关系。方法收集180例在青岛市市立医院住院治疗的宫颈癌患者临床病理资料,进行激活转录因子3蛋白免疫组化分析,并对180例入组的宫颈癌患者进行5年跟踪随访,分析ATF3表达情况对宫颈癌患者5年总生存率及无进展生存率的影响。结果ATF3表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润、新辅助化疗相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤直径大小、组织学分级等临床病理因素无关(P>0.05)。ATF3阳性表达的患者5年总生存率是80.7%,无进展生存率是78.7%;ATF3阴性表达的患者5年总生存率是90.4%,无进展生存率是89.4%;相比ATF3阴性表达的患者,ATF3阳性表达患者的5年总生存率及无进展生存率更低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ATF3表达与宫颈癌的浸润、转移有关,可能作为评价宫颈癌预后的重要指标之一。Objective:To analyze the relationship between the expression of activating transcription factor 3(ATF3)and clinicopathological factors and prognosis in cervical cancer.Methods:The expression of ATF-3 was detected in 180 cases of cervical cancer tissues using immunohistochemistry assay.And 180 patients with cervical cancer were followed up to analyze the effect of ATF3 expression on the 5-year overall survival rate and progression-free survival rate of cervical cancer patients.Results:Expression of ATF3 was associated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,vascular infiltration,and neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer(P<0.05),and was not associated with age,tumor size,and histological grade(P>0.05).In the follow-up of 180 patients with cervical cancer,the 5-year survival rate and progression-free survival rate of ATF3 positive expression were lower than those with negative ATF3 expression,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The 5-year overall survival rate of ATF3 positive patients was 80.7%,and the 5-year overall survival rate of ATF3 negative patients was 90.4%;the 5-year progression-free survival rate of ATF3 positive patients was 78.7%,and the 5-year progression-free survival rate of ATF3 negative patients was 89.4%.Conclusion:ATF3 expression is associated with invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer and may be one of the important indicators for evaluating the prognosis of cervical cancer.
