摘　　要：眩晕是神经科门诊常见症状之一,临床诊断比较困难。随着神经影像学发展,越来越多的磁共振(MR)技术运用于眩晕/头晕的诊断,这为中枢性眩晕的诊断带来极大帮助,本文就中枢性缺血性孤立性眩晕以及MR技术在其诊断中的应用研究进行综述。Vertigo is one of the common symptoms in neurology clinic,which is difficult to diagnose.With the development of neuroimaging,more and more magnetic resonance(MR)techniques are used in the diagnosis of vertigo/dizziness,which is of great help to the diagnosis of central vertigo.In this paper,we review the research progress of central ischemic isolated vertigo and the application of MR technique in its diagnosis.
