摘  要:目的:探讨刺蒺藜中总黄酮的提取方法.方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法,乙醇为溶剂超声辅助回流法提取,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,进行L_9(3~4)正交实验来确定刺蒺藜总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件.结果:超声辅助提取刺蒺藜中总黄酮的最佳工艺为:提取温度70℃,超声时间40分钟,料液比1∶20,乙醇体积分数80%;四个因素影响顺序由大到小依次为:料液比>乙醇体积分数>超声时间>提取温度.测得刺蒺藜中总黄酮含量为5.59 mg/g,平均回收率为95.3%.结论:此方法提取率高、提取时间短,提取工艺稳定可行.Objective:To study the extraction method of total flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris.Methods:Using UVvisible spectrophotometry,ultrasonic assisted reflux extraction method with ethanol as solvent,total flavonoids content as the evaluation index,the L9(34)orthogonal experiment was conducted to determine the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris.Results:The optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris was:extraction temperature of 70℃,ultrasound time of 40 min,material and solvent ratio of 1:20,and ethanol volume fraction of 80%.The order of influence of the four factors was as follows:material and solvent ratio>ethanol volume fraction>ultrasound time>temperature.The total flavonoids content in Tribulus terrestris was 5.59 mg/g,and the average recovery was 95.3%.Conclusion:This method has high extraction rate,short extraction time,and the extraction process is stable and feasible.
