摘　　要：目的了解某高中寄宿生过去1年伤害发生率及其分布特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法在衡水市某寄宿高中,采用分层整群抽样随机抽取调查对象,对其过去1年伤害发生情况进行问卷调查,用SPSS 10.0统计分析。结果492名高中生伤害总发生率为77.44%;Logistic多因素分析有统计学意义的伤害相关因素共有4个,包括年级、户口类型、居住地及母亲文化程度。结论该寄宿高中生过去1年伤害发生率水平相对较高,发生伤害的相关因素也较多,应引起学校、社会及家庭的重视。Objective To investigate the incidence and distribution of injuries among boarding students in a high school in the past year,and provide basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Methods In the boarding high school of Hengshui,adopt stratified cluster sampling to select survey objects randomly and used SPSS 10.0 to analyze.Results The total incidence of injuries among 492 high school students was 77.44%.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that there are four statistically significant related factors for injury,it included grades,household registration types,place of residence and mother s education level.Conclusion The school,society and families should pay attention to the boarding high school students for its relatively high incidence of injuries in the past year.
