摘　　要：针对不完全的语言评价多属性群决策问题,提出了一种基于D数的解决方法.首先向专家介绍候选者及其属性指标等,专家在充分调研后对属性指标分别赋予相应的权重;然后专家采用相应的语言评价集对候选者的各属性进行评估,评估结果允许空值,即可以根据实际情况灵活评估,而不必受数据完整性约束;接着将评估结果基于D数的聚集属性进行融合,得到候选者的最终评价得分,并依此排序.实例应用验证了该方法的科学性和有效性.A new method based on D numbers was proposed to the problem with incomplete linguistic assessment information of multi-attribute group decision making(MAGDM). First, candidates and their attributes were introduced to experts. The attributes of candidates were allocated to different weights by experts. Second, the set of linguistic assessment was provided to the experts for evaluating the attribute of candidates. The null value was allowed in the result of evaluation. Experts were permitted to give their opinions according to the real situations, regardless of the constraint of completeness. And then, the process of information integration was performed based on the property of D numbers to combine the evaluation result of attributes of candidate given by experts. After that, the total score of candidates would be presented. Finally, a numerical example was used to demonstrate that the new proposed method is of effectiveness and scientific nature.
