摘　　要：本文以中南大学大类招生、大类培养模式为背景,对教学运行管理进行了深入研究与实践。以学生积极参与、自我管理为主的教学管理理念,明确大类与专业培养方案,做好专业分流工作,突出大类招生、大类培养教学运行管理的流程性、规范性和共享性。建立了科学、规范化的工作流程,充分发挥大类招生、大类培养的优势,培养出更加优秀的人才。With the background of the general enrollment and training mode of Central South University,the in-depth research and practice of teaching operation and management were carried out.Under the teaching management concept based on the active participation and self-management of students,we clarified the training program of general enrollment and general training,effectively carried out the division of majors,and highlighted the process,standardization and sharing of the teaching operation and management of general enrollment and general training.We have also established a scientific and standardized workflow,in order to give full play to the advantages of general enrollment and general training,and cultivate more outstanding talents.
