摘　　要：目的:编制临床护理人员的传统美德项目调查问卷并进行评价,为临床护理工作者的相应项目评价提供依据。方法:通过查阅文献、专题小组讨论等方法自制调查表,整群抽取450名医院护士和220名其他职业人员进行调查,用内部一致性信度和结构效度等指标进行分析。结果:内部一致性信度Cronbach’a系数为0.917,研究中探索性因子分析提取公因子,前4个公因子的方差累积贡献率达到77.99%。结论:本调查问卷可以为临床护理人员必须具备的传统美德项目评价提供依据。Objective:To compile and evaluate the questionnaire on the traditional virtue items for clinical nursing staff,and provide a basis for the corresponding project evaluation of clinical nursing staff.Methods:A self-made questionnaire was created by consulting the literature and panel discussions.A group of 450 hospital nurses and 220 other professionals were selected for the survey.The internal consistency reliability and structural validity were used for analysis.Results:The Cronbach'a coefficient of internal consistency reliability was 0.917.The common factors were extracted from the exploratory factor analysis in the study,and the cumulative contribution rate of the first 4 common factors was 77.99%.Conclusion:This questionnaire can provide a basis for the evaluation of traditional virtue items that clinical nurses must have.
