内地新疆班高中生生活事件与心理健康的相关调查研究——以浙江省温州中学新疆部为例

摘　　要：为了探讨内地新疆高年级学生的生活事件对心理健康的影响,我们采用青少年生活事件自评量表(ALSEC)和中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)对392名异地求学的内地新疆班学生进行调查,结果发现:(1)内地新疆班高中生的生活事件得分较低,主要的生活事件为学习压力与人际关系;整体心理健康状况良好,典型的症状有焦虑、学习压力感和情绪不稳。(2)女生、少数民族学生、学困生和高年级学生的生活事件应激较大,心理健康状况相对较差。(3)中学生的生活事件与心理健康显著正相关,学习压力、人际关系和受惩罚因子直接正向预测了心理症状。结论:跨文化背景下新疆班学生心理健康较多受到生活事件应激的影响,应积极开展学校心理健康教育,提升学生的心理健康水平。We aim to explore how the life events action on mental health among senior high school students of inland Xinjiang Class, and 392 counselors are investigated based on the Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ALSEC) and Mental Health Inventory of Middle-school Students,(MMHI). Results show that:(1) The impact of life events was light, their mental health was in good condition.(2)The students who belongs to female, minority, poor performance and high grade had a high score on ALSEC and MMHI-60.(3)There was a significant positive relation between the life events and mental health, the study academic pressure, interpersonal relationship and being punished directly positive predicted the mental health.
