摘 要:为了对天线负载阻抗进行实时匹配,提出了一种可调谐的三分支阻抗匹配网络。在开路支节加载变容二极管,将改进粒子群算法与仿真软件ADS相结合,得到天线在900 MHz处谐振,回波损耗为-36.463 dB。研究天线负载阻抗变化对匹配网络的影响,实现阻抗实部1.8~51.8Ω,虚部-50^-100Ω的匹配。对三分支阻抗匹配网络进行制作,实测可知,加载三分支匹配网络后天线在980 MHz处谐振,回波损耗为-28.997 dB,驻波比在1.074~1.732之间波动。当变容二极管的偏置电压变化时,实测与仿真的频率偏移量变化趋势大致相同,证明可调的三分支匹配网络能有效实现天线的实时阻抗匹配。In order to match the antenna load impedance in real time, a tunable three-branch impedance matching network is proposed. Varactors are loaded in the open branch, combined improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) with the simulation software ADS to make the antenna resonates at 900 MHz. The return loss is -36.463 dB. Studying the effect of antenna load impedance variation on matching network, it can be used to match the real part of the impedance from 1.8 Ω to 51.8 Ω and the imaginary part from -50 Ω to -100 Ω. The three-branch impedance matching network is fabricated. It can be seen that after loading the three-branch matching network, the antenna resonates at 980 MHz, the return loss is -28.997 dB, and the standing wave ratio fluctuates between 1.074 and 1.732. When the bias voltage of the varactor changes, the trend of the measured and simulation frequency offset is about equal, which proves that the tunable three-branch matching network can effectively achieve the real-time impedance matching of the antenna.
