摘　　要：密切结合日化行业对异型瓶自动化装箱的需求,设计一种异型瓶产品装箱生产线,结构紧凑。首先进行需求分析和布局规划,据此进行详细结构、控制系统设计,控制系统基于运动控制卡和PLC的联合控制方式。实验结果表面,该设计满足使用要求。To meet the requirements of daily chemical industry,an automatic packing plant for irregular-shape bottles of detergent using a parallel manipulator is designed,which has compact structure and functional perfection.Firstly,the demand analysis and layout planning are carried out,according to which the detailed structure and control system are designed.The control system is based on the joint control mode of motion control card and PLC.The experimental results show that the design meets the use requirements.
