摘 要:人类的阅读活动具有完备的心理要素,心理学对阅读疗法的形成与发展给予了最直接的支持。"西方心理学"与西方文化水乳交融,"情志调节论"与中国传统文化同根共源。中外的心理学家们在对"阅读疗法"现象进行解析时,都会积极地揭示相应的、内在的基本原理。阅读疗法的价值主要体现在通过阅读而"转念",在实现"转念"的心理过程中还蕴藏着共鸣、洞察、净化、平衡、暗示、宣泄、移情、领悟、投入等心理学规律。Reading activities have complete psychological factors. Psychology directly supports the formation and development of bibliotherapy."Western Psychology"is closely related to western culture and "Emotion Regulation Theory"shares the same origin with Chinese traditional culture. Psychologists from China and abroad are trying to reveal the corresponding and intrinsic basic principles when analyzing the phenomenon of bibliotherapy. The rules of bibliotherapy is mainly embodied in the psychological process of "turning thoughts"which are also including psychological rules of resonance,insight,purification,balance,suggestion,catharsis,empathy,perception and investment.
